Manage customer inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products, services, and prescriptions via phone, email, and live chat in Spanish.. . Provide detailed information on medication usage, side effects, and health guidelines.. . Assist customers with product orders, refills, and handling complaints or concerns.. . Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.. . Work closely with pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate information is delivered.. . Stay updated on industry regulations and product developments to provide the best support.. . . Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.. . Experience in customer service, particularly in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector, is preferred.. . Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer care and empathy.. .
