International Supply Chain Specialist at Twoconnect. A dynamic consumer goods company is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage global logistics, procurement, and inventory operations. This remote role involves coordinating with international manufacturers and warehouses, optimizing freight and shipping processes, and supporting cross-functional teams. This role supports global supply chain operations, including production coordination, procurement, logistics, and inventory management. The successful candidate will work closely with international manufacturers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and alignment with business goals.. Coordinate production schedules with manufacturers in China and India, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Support procurement activities, including placing purchase orders, monitoring supplier performance, and maintaining cost comparison records. Liaise with global warehouses (US, EU, UK, AU) to monitor and optimize stock levels. Manage logistics coordination, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and documentation for international shipments. Monitor and track container shipping costs, freight quotes, and delivery performance for analysis and optimization. Prepare and distribute weekly supply chain and inventory reports for management review. Serve as a key contact point for manufacturers and freight forwarders, handling shipping documentation and label coordination. Support contract and compliance documentation management across suppliers and logistics partners. Research and evaluate new logistics providers, 3PLs, and manufacturers to support business growth. Identify process inefficiencies within procurement, logistics, and reporting, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure supply chain supports business objectives. Perform other role-specific duties as they arise. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in supply chain coordination, procurement, or logistics roles. Strong understanding of international manufacturing and shipping processes. Familiarity with freight forwarding, 3PL providers, and customs documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data management, and supply chain reporting. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and accuracy.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for supplier and internal stakeholder coordination. Familiarity with e-commerce supply chain operations (Amazon, Shopify) preferred. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment. Company Location: Philippines.
