Qualifications. . Bachelor's degree in accounting, at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a global or big company. . CPA is required; MBA is a plus; other certifications are welcome. . Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including US GAAP and IFRS. . Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and audit management. . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate results effectively to senior management. . Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of accounting professionals. . Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. . Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications. . Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. . Willing to work on a night shift or partial night shift depending on the arrangement with client. .  .
