In this important role, you will be the key communicator for our Slovak-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our subscription services and ensuring they have an excellent experience with our offerings.. Assist clients with subscription inquiries, account management, and service features. . Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our support system. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary. . Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery. . Participate in training sessions to stay knowledgeable on our subscription services. . A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. . Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.. Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a busy environment.
