Job Description:. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Recruiter to join our team at Serenity AG. This role will support our growth objectives by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the healthcare sector, and be passionate about connecting qualified candidates with impactful roles that contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources & Recruiting..  . Responsibilities:. . Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization, including sourcing, interviewing, and offering candidates.. . Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates in the healthcare field.. . Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles.. . Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.. . Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, fit, and alignment with our organizational values.. . Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.. . Maintain an organized applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations.. . Provide hiring managers with training and guidance on effective interviewing practices and candidate evaluation.. . Foster relationships with industry professionals, schools, and organizations to enhance our recruitment efforts.. . Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote Serenity AG as an employer of choice in the healthcare sector.. . Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to optimize our hiring processes.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.. . At least 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.. . Strong understanding of both healthcare roles (business, marketing, operations, and clinical roles) and the importance of cultural fit within organizations.. . Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR-related tools/software.. . Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.. . A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines.. . Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while remaining organized and detail-oriented.. . Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.. . Experience in utilizing social media and other digital platforms for talent acquisition.. .
