Lead end-to-end product design, from concept to implementation, creating user-centric, intuitive interfaces.. . Contribute to product strategy by prioritizing features and enhancing UX through user research and iterative design.. . Maintain a cohesive visual identity and design system across all platforms and materials.. . Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless execution of design into production.. . Design marketing assets including the company website, sales decks, videos, and event collateral.. . Craft messaging and visual storytelling for customer proposals, investor updates, and branded materials like swag or business cards.. . . 3+ years of experience in product, UI/UX, or visual design, preferably in a startup or high-growth setting.. . Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital product and visual design work.. . Proficiency in Figma or equivalent tools, with excellent attention to detail and usability.. .
