QA & Technical Support Specialist at HyperDev. We’re looking for a motivated QA & Technical Support Specialist with a strong technical background, keen attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the quality and reliability of our products. You’ll support the team by troubleshooting technical issues, testing new features, and ensuring a seamless experience for users. Working closely with our engineering and operations teams, you’ll help identify problems early, improve processes, and uphold the highest standards of quality across everything we deliver.. RESPONSIBILITIES. Review BC tickets, specifications, and technical design documents to understand business needs, proposed solutions, and provide timely, constructive feedback. . Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases based on business acceptance criteria and technical testing scenarios. . Estimate, prioritise, plan, coordinate, and execute test activities before and after deployment. . Perform thorough regression testing once bugs are resolved. . Review cross-team bug reports, replicate issues in collaboration with the requestor, and ensure all relevant details are accurately captured. . Protect engineering time by performing basic troubleshooting and resolving issues that can be fixed via admin functionality. . Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to understand and manage the configuration of ‘self-service’ features, acting as the go-to person for related requests. . Evaluate UI/UX critically and suggest improvements for both internal and external users. . Track and report on quality metrics such as bugs logged, resolved, turnaround time, and open defects. . Stay up to date with best practices, tools, and testing methodologies to continuously improve QA processes..  . About Us. Proven experience in technical support and quality assurance. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide meaningful feedback. . Proficiency in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts from business requirements. . Familiarity with regression testing and related QA methodologies. . Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. . Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work. . Understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to identify areas for improvement. . Experience using bug tracking systems and reporting on quality metrics. . Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. . Preferred: .
