Position Details:. . . Location. : . Fully remote. — serve students in Arizona . . . Schedule. : approximately . 30-35 hours per week. (short-term maternity leave coverage from . August 1 - mid/end of October) . . . . Caseload. : School-based (public school district assignment). . Requirements:. . Active . Arizona Occupational Therapy license. (required) - we will reimburse for cross-licensing fees if you don't have a AZ license yet!. . National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) preferred . . Minimum of 2 years of experience in a . school-based setting. . . Experience designing and implementing OT treatment plans aligned with IEPs and 504 plans . . Proficient in conducting. virtual . assessments, attending IEP meetings, and collaborating with school teams remotely . . Ability to complete all documentation including evaluations, IEPs, progress reports, and Medicaid billing . .
