Healthcare Recruiter at Remote Raven. Our client, a Costa Mesa, CA-based agency specializing in non-medical services for activities of daily living (ADLs), is seeking a Virtual Recruiter to manage recruitment, onboarding, and caregiver scheduling. The agency’s caregivers support clients who wish to age in the comfort of their homes or are transitioning from long-term care facilities after surgery, injury, or a new diagnosis. This role will play a critical part in ensuring caregiver operations run smoothly, from recruitment to shift scheduling.. Their services are provided directly through their staff of caregivers who are intimately involved in the lives of the clients.. Key responsibilities:. Recruiting. . Sourcing Caregivers. . Screening. . Compliance. . Experience. . Competence. . Reliability. . Soft Skills/Communication. . Coordinating in-person interviews for our domestic staff. . Initiating/completing onboarding. . Sending onboarding documents. . Capturing completed documents. . Uploading documents into various company software. . Ushering caregivers through onboarding process/ensuring timely completion of tasks. . Frequent communication with Caregivers in our pipeline. . Updating them on upcoming/potential shifts. . Keeping up to date on their availability. . Operational Recording. . Establishing Standard Operating Procedure documentation for repetitive tasks. . Creation of training material for VA expansion. . Qualifications. . Experience in caregiver recruitment, onboarding, or scheduling in a healthcare or home care setting.. . Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage caregivers and clients effectively.. . Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and experience using scheduling and onboarding software.. . Ability to create SOPs and training materials to document workflows and support team expansion.. . Familiarity with non-medical caregiving services and activities of daily living (ADLs) is a plus.. . High-volume recruiting experience. . US recruitment experience is required. . Preferred Qualifications. . Experience coordinating with remote teams and virtual assistants.. . Background in caregiver recruitment. . Knowledge of home care scheduling practices. . Key Competencies. . Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with caregivers and clients.. .
