The client is a fast-growing dental implant clinic in Australia focused on providing high-quality implant and denture services. They are expanding their patient pipeline and are seeking a proactive telesales professional to drive outbound engagement, qualify new leads, and support smooth booking conversions. . Role Overview. The Outbound Sales Lead - Telesales will be responsible for performing high-volume outbound calls to potential patients who have expressed interest in implant or dental services. The role involves qualifying leads, guiding them toward booking consultations, updating the CRM, and ensuring a seamless patient experience from initial contact to booking confirmation. The ideal candidate is confident, persistent, and experienced in telesales for service-based businesses.. Key Responsibilities. Make outbound calls using Voicestack to engage with new leads, answer basic service questions, and encourage bookings.. Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure they are a good match for the services offered.. Manage and update lead records within the Boxly CRM accurately and consistently.. Follow up effectively with warm leads to improve conversion rates.. Provide clear explanations of promotions, services, pricing, and booking procedures.. Coordinate with the internal team to support a smooth transition from lead to booked appointment.. Support successful telesales conversions and appointment-setting activities as instructed by the client.. Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions to ensure a positive first impression of the clinic.. Qualifications & Skills:. 2 to 5+ years of experience in telesales, outbound calling, or lead generation roles.. Proven success in converting warm leads for service-based industries, ideally healthcare or dental services.. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.. Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Boxly CRM.. Comfortable using Voicestack or other cloud-based calling systems.. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage lead pipelines efficiently.. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.. Ability to follow structured call flows and meet conversion targets.. Work Arrangement & Expectations:. Full-time position aligned with the client’s AU timezone (AWST).. Must maintain reliable internet and a quiet workspace suitable for high-volume outbound calling..
