Driving the strategic UX vision within assigned projects or workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.. . Leading research activities to generate insights that inform problem definition, opportunity framing, and design direction.. . Creating sophisticated design concepts and high-fidelity deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.. . Collaborating with cross-functional partners to align priorities, clarify requirements, and influence roadmaps within project domains.. . Leading design critiques, workshops, and collaborative sessions to drive clarity, foster alignment, and resolve complex challenges.. . Managing dependencies, addressing edge cases, and ensuring scalability and feasibility across design solutions.. . Contributing to the evolution and maintenance of design systems to promote consistency and quality.. . Evaluating and refining designs through user testing, performance data, and iteration post-launch.. . Mentoring designers and contributing to team development, coaching best practices, and providing clear feedback.. . Advocating for user-centered design through strong storytelling, influencing stakeholders across disciplines.. . Connecting design work to measurable outcomes through thoughtful evaluation and alignment with project goals.. . . Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. . Advanced expertise in UX design, interaction design, research methods, and design systems.. . Insurance background required. . Proven experience driving UX strategy and vision within complex projects or programs.. . Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.. . Ability to operate confidently within ambiguity and bring clarity to complex problem spaces.. . Deep knowledge of user-centered research methods and their application to both strategy and execution.. . Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and research platforms.. . Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.. . Familiarity with agile development and cross-functional collaboration.. . Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach others in UX best practices.. . Experience in B2B, enterprise software, or SaaS environments.. . Company Location: Brazil.
