What You’ll Do. . Design and maintain complex automation workflows. using tools such as . n8n, Make, Zapier. , APIs, and webhooks . Architect scalable systems that integrate CRMs, ATS platforms, AI tools, internal databases, and third-party services . Act as an . internal AI & automation advisor. to senior leadership . Document workflows, standards, and best practices for repeatable use . Train internal teams and stakeholders on automation and AI adoption . Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve existing systems . Support client-facing automation initiatives where required . What We’re Looking For. Must-Have Qualifications. . 4+ years of experience. in . automation, systems engineering, or workflow architecture. . Hands-on experience with . automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar). . Strong understanding of . APIs, webhooks, data flows, and system integrations. . Excellent . spoken and written English. . Prior experience supporting . U.S. or Western businesses. . Comfortable working . standard U.S. business hours. . Ability to operate independently and advise leadership-level stakeholders . Strong Plus. Experience integrating . AI tools (LLMs, AI agents, prompt systems). . Background in SaaS, consulting, or high-growth startups . Strong documentation and training skills . Experience building systems used by multiple teams or clients. Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data, or related field); . Master’s degree preferred . 4+ years of hands-on experience in automation, workflow engineering, or systems integration . Advanced experience with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar) . Strong API, webhook, and systems integration knowledge (REST, JSON, data flows) . Excellent spoken and written English (professional, leadership-level) . Prior experience supporting U.S. or Western businesses . Ability to work standard U.S. business hours consistently . Proven ability to operate independently and advise senior leadership . Strong documentation and process-design skills (SOPs, diagrams, standards). Company Location: Poland.
