United States. .. Drive high-impact sales growth across a dynamic territory by leading client engagement, uncovering new opportunities, and delivering advanced industrial equipment solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic relationships, expanding business within key accounts, and developing new customers in diverse industries such as wastewater, food processing, biogas, and pharmaceuticals. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide tailored solutions for air and gas conveyance, all while leveraging your technical and commercial expertise in a performance-driven and growth-oriented environment.. . Accountabilities:. . Lead sales efforts across the Northeast region, calling on end-users, OEMs, and engineering firms to promote blower and compressor solutions.. . Grow and manage a strong pipeline of new business while nurturing existing accounts to drive aftermarket revenue.. . Influence client specifications and purchasing decisions through consultative selling and technical support.. . Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, bids, and detailed technical quotations in response to customer needs.. . Provide subject matter expertise in applications involving pneumatic conveying, vacuum, and gas compression.. . Collaborate with internal engineering, production, and support teams to ensure seamless execution of orders.. . Maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking through CRM tools and sales reporting.. . Partner with other internal sales and engineering experts to identify upgrade or retrofit opportunities in existing customer operations.. . Represent the company at regional and national trade shows to generate leads and boost brand visibility.. . . Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.. . Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, preferably in rotary screw compressors or positive displacement blowers.. . Strong technical aptitude and understanding of industrial air/gas systems and processes.. . Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of CRM, ERP, and product configuration tools.. . Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.. . Analytical skills for preparing financial calculations related to pricing, discounts, and cost-of-ownership.. . Self-starter with a high level of motivation, urgency, and accountability to meet customer and business goals.. . Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time within the assigned region.. .
