Customer Support Agent (Europe-based). at WPT Global, your mission is to deliver outstanding service to our dynamic and diverse customer base. You will take ownership of resolving customer issues, including troubleshooting failed buyouts, managing stuck casino rounds, and processing compensations, all while ensuring swift and effective solutions.. This role is critical to supporting our European operations, requiring full-time coverage across two shifts: 08:00–16:00 CST and 16:00–00:00 CST. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by driving continuous improvements in service quality and operational efficiency, ultimately ensuring a consistently high standard of customer satisfaction.. . . Fluent in Polish (native-level) and English. – essential for communicating clearly and effectively with our diverse player base. . . Based in Europe, with full-time availability to work . 08:00–16:00 CST. . or 16:00-00:00 CST. . . Proven expertise in customer support within the gambling industry. . . In-depth knowledge of Poker, coupled with a strong passion for the game. . . Exceptional communication skills, ensuring clear, concise, and empathetic interactions with customers. . . Adept at multitasking and making sound, effective decisions in high-pressure environments. . . Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries across multiple platforms (email, chat, social media), ensuring timely and effective resolution. . . Handle manual credit tickets and cash transactions, including troubleshooting failed buyouts, stuck casino rounds, and processing compensations with precision and efficiency. . . Contribute to translations as needed, ensuring clear and accurate communication for diverse audiences. . . Proactively improve the customer experience by updating FAQ content, conducting quality checks, and optimising use of tools for maximum efficiency.. . Company Location: Poland.
