Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. . The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and delivering exceptional experience to our customers. As directed by management, initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers and other similar entities to generate the referral of borrowers from these sources. . Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email.. . Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files process through the pipeline. . Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management. . . Advanced almost native level of verbal and written English is required. . Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred. . Positive attitude and willingness to learn. . Proactive approach and strong work ethic. . Excellent attention to detail. . Previous sales experience in US is strongly desired. . Tech-savvy, comfortable using self-service platforms and CRM tools to track and manage sales activity . .
