This role is ideal for a seasoned product management professional passionate about improving healthcare affordability and outcomes. You will lead a cross-functional team focused on designing and delivering a financial incentive platform that rewards patients for choosing top-performing providers. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact patients’ health and financial well-being while supporting scalable operational systems. You will own the roadmap for patient-facing applications, adjudication systems, and operational tools, working closely with multiple teams to ideate, build, launch, and iterate solutions. As a Staff Product Manager, you will:. . Lead the Claims team in delivering a seamless financial incentive experience for patients and employers.. . Own the claims roadmap, including patient-facing apps, adjudication systems, operational tools, and third-party integrations.. . Manage product surface areas and operational tools across multiple operations teams (Integrations, Claims, Claims Concierge).. . Drive feature development end-to-end: from ideation and requirements gathering to documentation, development, launch, and iteration.. . Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to align product development with healthcare and financial outcomes goals.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in healthcare, finance, or technology.. . Strong autonomy with a track record of owning complex, unscoped problems in new domains.. . Deep analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making; background in data science, economics, or engineering preferred.. . Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.. . Passion for improving healthcare systems and a hands-on approach to solving problems.. . Ability to work remotely in the U.S., with hybrid in-office attendance for NYC-based employees (Tuesday–Thursday).. . Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.. .
