Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to public transport services.. . Assist customers with ticket purchases, cancellations, and refund requests.. . Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.. . Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.. . Stay updated on public transport news and policies to assist customers effectively.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.. .
