As part of our fast-moving and forward-thinking team, you'll play a key role in developing and experimenting with cutting-edge AI solutions that power our platform. You’ll work across disciplines to build prototypes, shape tools, and help deliver production-ready systems. From prompt engineering to AI assurance, you'll be hands-on with the latest technologies, applying both creative thinking and technical rigour to solve real-world challenges.. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build and test AI-driven product features. You’ll design and implement solutions using Generative AI using Evaluation Driven Development, operating on the forefront of best practices in a rapidly evolving industry. A key part of your work will also involve contributing to our AI assurance efforts, helping to ensure that our systems are transparent, ethical, and high-performing.. You will be supported by a team that values curiosity and experimentation, encouraging you to continuously learn, share insights, and evolve your craft as you help shape the future of AI-powered hiring solutions.. . .
