Provide outstanding customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat regarding media and entertainment inquiries. . Assist customers with questions related to content availability, account management, and subscription services. . Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties. . Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system. . Collaborate with other teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved effectively and promptly. . Collect feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in our services. . Stay informed about current trends in media and entertainment to better assist customers. . . Fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication skills. . Exceptional customer service abilities and a proactive problem-solving mindset. . Experience in customer service, particularly in the media or entertainment sector, is preferred. .
