The role is fully remote with some travel and offers the chance to make a real difference in public sector innovation.. Accountabilities:. . Identify, qualify, and close new Cloud and Managed Services deals to generate recurring revenue from federal clients.. . Make a minimum of 30 cold calls weekly to build your pipeline and uncover new opportunities.. . Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to grow services through field sales and channel partners.. . Collaborate with technical teams to capture requirements and deliver tailored, ROI-focused proposals.. . Create formal quotations, respond to RFPs, and ensure proposal alignment with client objectives.. . Track sales activities using CRM software and maintain a well-organized pipeline.. . Attend regular training, meetings, and networking events to stay informed and connected.. . . 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quotas.. . At least 2 years of experience selling IaaS (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS, or cybersecurity solutions.. . Experience selling to public sector entities (state/local/federal); strong preference for federal sales background.. . Familiarity with IT concepts and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.. . Confident cold caller and relationship builder, comfortable engaging C-level decision makers.. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Hubspot or Tigerpaw preferred).. . Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. AWS Cloud Practitioner certification required within 90 days of hire.. . ISO 9001:2015 training required within 90 days of hire.. .
