Working in a collaborative, fast-evolving environment, you will influence both pre-sales and post-sales phases to help clients maximize the benefits of precision medicine technologies while contributing to product innovation and customer success.. . Accountabilities:. . Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify client needs and translate them into customized solutions.. . Lead technical discovery, platform demonstrations, and solution workshops with prospective clients.. . Serve as a subject matter expert on product capabilities, integrations, and industry best practices.. . Support sales strategies by assisting in RFI/RFP responses and participating in proposal defense.. . Capture and communicate client feedback to inform product development and roadmap decisions.. . Assist with onboarding and knowledge transfer to post-sales teams.. . Manage moderately complex projects and contribute to strategic planning.. . Mentor junior team members and foster continuous learning and improvement.. . Participate in marketing efforts such as webinars, tradeshows, and content creation.. . . Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years in Life Sciences, focusing on Clinical Research, Clinical Data Management, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or related fields.. . 2–4 years experience in customer-facing roles with project leadership responsibilities.. . 3–5 years in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical account management within a SaaS environment.. . Strong knowledge of Clinical Operations and Clinical Biomarkers.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.. . Collaborative mindset with a customer-first approach.. . Proficiency with cloud technologies, APIs, data integration, and enterprise software.. .
