Deliver exceptional customer service in French through phone, email, and chat regarding pharmaceutical products. . Assist clients with inquiries about product specifications, availability, and order status. . Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and professionally. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer queries. . Gather feedback from clients to continually improve our services and product offerings. . Stay informed on pharmaceutical regulations and trends to provide knowledgeable support. . . Fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills. . Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on problem-solving. .
