
Video & Image Editor at Steer Health. About the Role. We’re looking for a fast, creative, and detail-oriented Video & Image Editor who loves telling stories through visuals.. You’ll be the visual engine behind Steer Health’s content: transforming webinars, podcasts, and long-form discussions into scroll-stopping short-form videos, carousels, and infographics across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.. You’ll work closely with our Growth team to shape the visual identity for Steer health. You’ll move quickly, test ideas, and use professional editing tools along with AI tools the right way to scale production without losing storytelling quality.. Responsibilities. Edit videos and podcast episodes and repurpose into short videos. Create videos for YouTube and social media from brand assets based on brand guidelines. Create thumbnails, carousels, and visual proof-points from blog posts, case studies, and webinars. Design social posts, combining visuals, captions, and layouts optimized for reach and engagement. Produce visuals for case studies, ebooks, lead magnets and other brand assets. Collaborate with writers to convert text into motion graphics, quote videos, or short-form explainer. Manage video asset library and ensure naming, tagging, and version control. Repurpose webinar recordings into snackable clips for social and email. Use AI editing tools smartly and responsibly to balance speed, quality and creativity. Iterate fast: test new formats, cuts, hooks, and thumbnails to see what converts. Report on content performance: retention rate, engagement, CTR, and conversion metrics. Requirements. 3+ years of experience in video and image editing for B2B or healthcare brands. Proven experience editing for LinkedIn, YouTube, product videos and social videos (with metrics or examples). Familiarity with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or After Effects. Strong graphic design skills in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. Working knowledge of AI video and image tools and ability to integrate them into your workflow intelligently. Excellent sense of motion pacing, transitions, captions, and storytelling for short attention spans. Eye for narrative pacing, especially turning complex topics into simple, emotional stories. Understanding of YouTube and LinkedIn algorithm and visual formats that drive engagement (native video, carousels, proof graphics). Comfortable collaborating remotely, handling feedback loops, and hitting weekly output deadlines. Nice to Have. Experience in B2B SaaS or health-tech marketing. Familiarity with podcast post-production and YouTube algorithm. Experience producing motion graphics explainers or “text-to-motion” content using AI. What You’ll Gain.
