Operations Manager at Zipdev. Zipdev is looking for an Operations Manager to join our client's purpose-driven team.. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring workflows, projects, and processes run efficiently. . . Start each day with a brief check-in on operations, finances, sales, and marketing. . . Lead or participate in weekly EOS Level 10 meetings to review KPIs and priorities. . . Review contracts, coordinate with contractors and service providers, and ensure deliverables meet specifications. . . Identify gaps, implement solutions, and ensure accountability across teams. . . Act as a reliable “second set of eyes” for the CEO, providing structure, guidance, and operational support. . . Support cross-functional collaboration across sales, production, finance, and kitchen teams. . . Ideal Candidate Profile. . . Experience:. 4+ years in operations, project management, or business operations roles. . . . Education:. Master’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; minimum bachelor’s in Systems Engineering or similar discipline. . . . Technical Skills:. Advanced Excel, familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, N8N), Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), process improvement experience. . . . Soft Skills:. Highly organized, resourceful, resilient, and capable of leading projects independently while collaborating with teams. Excellent communication skills for meetings, calls, and coordination. . . . Culture Fit:. Demonstrates grit, tenacity, integrity, and alignment with company core values. . . Nice-to-Have / Coachable Skills. . EOS experience (can be learned on the job) . . Automation and workflow tools beyond Zapier/N8N . . Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or other process improvement certifications) . . Industry experience in food production or hospitality operations . .
