Process accurate and timely U.S. payroll using ADP Workforce Now. Review payroll data for accuracy, including hours, earnings, deductions, and taxes. Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and error resolution. Process payroll adjustments, off-cycle payrolls, and corrections as needed. Maintain payroll records in compliance with confidentiality and data protection standards. Support compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Benefits Administration. Support administration of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans. Assist with new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, and open enrollment activities. Respond to employee benefits inquiries with clarity and professionalism. Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve benefits-related issues. Employee Support & Call Handling (Customer-Facing). Serve as a primary point of contact for employee payroll and benefits questions. Answer incoming calls and manage case resolution in a call-center environment. Provide accurate, timely, and empathetic responses to employees. Document employee interactions and resolutions thoroughly. Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution. Data Analysis & Reporting. Use advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP) to analyze payroll and benefits data. Prepare reports and data summaries for internal stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy across payroll and HR systems. Process Improvement & Team Collaboration. Take initiative to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. Support system implementations, testing, and enhancements. Work closely with onshore and offshore team members to meet service standards and deadlines.
