The People Manager will be the key point of contact for all employee-related matters and will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's objectives.. Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HR matters and company policies.. . Lead the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.. . Develop and implement performance management processes that drive employee engagement and professional development.. . Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and competencies.. . Monitor employee satisfaction and implement programs to foster a positive work environment.. . Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in Colombia.. . Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.. . Manage employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.. . Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management to inform decision-making.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.. . 5+ years of experience in human resources management or a similar role.. . Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws and HR best practices.. . Demonstrated ability to implement HR strategies and initiatives.. . Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.. . Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.. . Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.. .
