Accountabilities:. ·         Lead the planning, design, and execution of commercial and multifamily architectural projects.. ·         Produce detailed SD and CD documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.. ·         Collaborate with client teams, providing expert guidance and innovative design solutions.. ·         Oversee construction administration, manage timelines, and optimize resources to ensure project success.. ·         Mentor and support junior architects and designers, promoting best practices and design excellence.. ·         Communicate clearly with stakeholders, documenting project progress, decisions, and technical solutions.. ·         Work effectively in a virtual environment while maintaining high productivity and professionalism.. ·         Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.. ·         Licensed Architect with at least 5 years of experience handling multifamily and commercial projects.. ·         Extensive construction administration experience and a strong CD portfolio.. ·         Expert proficiency in Revit, including SD-CD production and detailing; familiarity with other architectural software is a plus.. ·         Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.. ·         Experience collaborating with remote teams across US business hours.. ·         English proficiency required for written and verbal communication.. ·         Personal computer meeting minimum requirements (Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5, 16GB RAM, 100GB storage) and reliable internet connection (50 Mbps minimum, with backup)..
