Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned MSP partner organizations.. . Act as a trusted advisor, delivering solutions that increase partner adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.. . Drive expansion and renewal metrics, achieving and exceeding quota targets.. . Support partner success by providing guidance, best practices, and strategic solutions for cybersecurity delivery.. . Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner needs are met and service quality is exceptional.. . Uphold and reinforce company culture in all partner interactions.. . . 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Partner Success, Channel Sales, or Direct Sales roles, preferably in mid-market MSPs.. .
