They serve agencies, marketing teams, and direct-to-consumer brands by streamlining the ordering, quoting, and fulfillment workflows. Their platform connects customers to a vetted network of merchandise vendors, helping brands execute on high-volume promotional projects with speed, transparency, and scalability.. Position Overview. We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented . Account Manager. with strong experience in . logistics, supply chain, and fulfillment operations. . This role will manage key customer accounts on the Merch platform, ensuring orders are processed accurately, vendors are coordinated efficiently, and projects are executed on time. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams—balancing client expectations with operational realities.. Key Responsibilities. . Oversee assigned client accounts, ensuring smooth end-to-end execution of orders . . Review, edit, and process incoming orders on the platform with high accuracy . . Route orders to appropriate vendors and monitor fulfillment workflows . . Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely production and delivery . . Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and handling escalations (e.g., delays, product issues) . . Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues . . Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure all order details are accurate . . Track progress against project milestones and deadlines . . Identify opportunities for process improvements in account and fulfillment management . . Prioritize . vendor-side account management. , ensuring reliable and scalable vendor performance. . Non-Negotiables:. . 2–4 years experience in account/project/order management for Promotional Products/Branded Merchandise. . Must have at least 1+ year of experience in branded merchandise or promotional product workflows. . Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal). . Highly organized with sharp attention to detail. . Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote setting. . Must be available to work U.S. business hours (EST/PST). . . Nice-to-Haves:. . Prior B2B account management experience . . Experience in merchandise, production, or vendor management . . Familiarity with fulfillment workflows and vendor SLAs . .
