Responsibilities. . Deliver high-quality helpdesk support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.. . Troubleshoot various technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.. . Accurately record all customer interactions and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.. .
