This is a fully remote position available to candidates across the U.S.. Accountabilities:. . Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams working on database technologies. . Oversee planning, development, and release of complex product features. . Collaborate with product management to align engineering goals with business priorities. . Represent your team in internal forums and occasional customer discussions. . Facilitate strong communication across cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and alignment. . Support hiring and onboarding of engineers to expand technical capabilities. .
