Key Responsibilities. . Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics.. . Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision and care.. . Act as a liaison between executives and various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.. . Organise company events, team meetings, and virtual conferences to promote collaboration.. . Keep filing systems up to date and ensure documentation is easily accessible.. . Monitor incoming emails and communications, prioritising urgent requests.. . Research and compile information to support executive decision-making.. . Assist with various ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.. . . At least . 3 years of experience. as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.. . Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and familiarity with project management software.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills.. .
