We’re seeking an experienced Media Buyer with a strong creative experience, someone who understands why ads work, not just how to launch them.. Key Responsibilities:. Launch, manage, and scale performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Shop. . Collaborate closely with the founder and creative team to brainstorm, develop, and refine high-performing ad creatives and angles. . Maintain organized, well-structured accounts with clear naming conventions, testing structures, and workflow systems. . Analyze data daily to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities. . Update ads, iterate on winning concepts, and manage efficient creative testing cycles. . Develop a deep understanding of the customer, funnel, and product to inform creative direction. . Track KPIs rigorously and provide clear reporting and recommendations. . Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm shifts, and emerging paid media opportunities.. Proven experience running successful campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Shop (required). . Strong understanding of the e-commerce funnel, attribution, and conversion principles. . Ability to structure campaigns for scale, testing, and profitability. . Ability to evaluate and ideate winning hooks, angles, and ad concepts. . Strong pattern recognition for high-performing creatives. . Competency in reading data, interpreting signals, and making fast optimization decisions. . Experience collaborating with editors or creators to refine ad creative.. Company Location: Mexico.
