Provide outstanding customer service and support to Italian-speaking clients in the real estate sector.. . Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective responses to all customer questions.. . Assist clients in navigating real estate platforms and services, ensuring a smooth user experience.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency, striving for first-contact resolution.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.. .
