Accountabilities:. As a Staff Product Designer, you will:. . Lead product design initiatives across multiple projects, creating user-centered solutions that balance customer needs with business objectives.. . Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, and business teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences.. . Champion the adoption and evolution of design systems, ensuring consistency while fostering innovation.. . Rapidly design, prototype, and test new features, translating complexity into simple, usable solutions.. . Mentor and guide other designers, offering constructive feedback and fostering growth within the design team.. . Identify process bottlenecks and partner with teams to implement improvements that enhance efficiency and outcomes.. . To succeed in this role, you should bring:. . 5–7 years of experience as a Product Designer, including at least 2 years in a Staff Product Designer or equivalent leadership role.. . Proven expertise across UI, UX, and visual design, with a portfolio demonstrating functional yet delightful user experiences.. . Strong ability to translate complex requirements into clear, elegant solutions.. . Experience mentoring and guiding other designers to help them grow professionally.. . Deep understanding of data-informed design, experimentation, and user testing methodologies.. . Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining design quality and vision.. .
