Lead product design initiatives across multiple projects, creating user-centered solutions that balance customer needs with business objectives.. . Champion the adoption and evolution of design systems, ensuring consistency while fostering innovation.. . To succeed in this role, you should bring:. . 5–7 years of experience as a Product Designer, including at least 2 years in a Staff Product Designer or equivalent leadership role.. . Strong ability to translate complex requirements into clear, elegant solutions.. . Experience mentoring and guiding other designers to help them grow professionally.. .
