You will engage with customers to assist them in understanding property options, rental agreements, and buying processes while ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries related to real estate services, property listings, and leasing agreements via phone, email, and chat in Polish.. . Provide detailed information about available properties, neighborhoods, and market trends.. . Assist clients with the scheduling of viewings, application processes, and documentation requirements.. . Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively, ensuring satisfaction throughout the customer journey.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up.. . Collaborate with real estate agents and other departments to enhance client services.. . Stay updated on real estate regulations and market developments to provide accurate advice.. . . Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.. .
