Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries regarding hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and tourism activities via phone, email, and live chat in Portuguese.. . Provide information on available services, promotions, and travel guidelines.. . Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests.. . Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.. . Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.. . Collaborate with hotel and tourism partners to ensure seamless customer experiences.. . Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers.. . . Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.. .
