PSC Supervisor at Innovative Hematology, Inc.. The PSC Supervisor is responsible for for providing daily guidance to designated team members to foster team cohesion and effective collaboration; both within the team and with other IHI colleagues, while ensuring efficient operations and a positive patient experience and engagement.. The Opportunity. . Actively participate in the creation, evaluation, and refinement of departmental workflows, aiming to improve operational efficiency and maintain consistency across processes.. . Make recommendations and implement changes to workflows and staffing levels as needed to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and team performance.. . Assist in the onboarding process for new staff, and conduct performance reviews and year-end evaluations for assigned team members to ensure continuous professional growth and alignment with department goals.. . Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services to establish both departmental and individual employee goals, aligning them with broader organizational objectives.. . Present updates on processes, project status, or compliance matters to the department or small groups, ensuring clear and effective communication of key information.. . Monitor and approve time worked, including overtime, in ADP; manage time-off requests; and ensure appropriate staffing levels in coordination with the team manager/director. Responsibility for these tasks may vary depending on the supervisor's direct reports and the number of non-exempt staff.. . . Minimum 2 years of related experience . . . GED or High School diploma required. . Valid driver's license and automobile insurance is required. Occasional travel is a requirement of this role.. . All IHI employees are expected to enable multi-factor authentication via their personal smart phone/smart device in order to access IHI systems as a requirement of the role. . .
