We are seeking a passionate Senior Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-impact product features in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will take ownership of features from ideation to deployment and influence the architecture and engineering practices of the platform.. . Accountabilities. . Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs following Microservices Architecture principles.. . Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to deliver robust, scalable, and reliable solutions.. . Develop and optimize distributed systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.. . Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and architecture planning.. . Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ensure secure, compliant deployments.. . Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize production services for performance and scalability.. . Contribute to containerization and orchestration efforts using Docker and Kubernetes.. . Maintain knowledge of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL), caching strategies, and scaling approaches.. . . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.. . 5+ years of backend development experience, with expertise in APIs, Microservices Architecture, and distributed systems.. . Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Golang or Java.. . Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and cloud-native services.. . Familiarity with IAM (Identity and Access Management) services and security best practices.. . Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.. .
