The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting office coordination, and facilitating internal communication.. Perform accurate and timely data entry to maintain company records and databases.. Prepare and maintain documentation, ensuring compliance with company procedures.. Provide administrative support across various departments including Sales, Logistics, and Accounts.. Extract and analyze data from Excel to generate reports for management and stakeholders.. Assist with general office coordination and daily operational tasks.. Conduct periodic data checks and reconciliations to ensure integrity.. Support internal communications via team meetings and virtual platforms.. Carry out additional administrative duties as required to support business operations.. Degree in Business Administration or related field.. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel – intermediate to advanced) and G Suite.. Experience with SharePoint for document management and collaboration. Strong organizational and time management skills.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management..
