Customer Service & Operations Manager (Fully Remote) at AutoMarket. Seeking a highly experienced, senior-level . Customer Service & Operations Manager.  to join our quickly growing team.. This multifaceted customer service and operations role requires . expert-level communication skills . and a proven track record of productivity . while working from home. . This is a full-time, . fully remote. position. Our remote environment is highly active and fast-paced, so this isn’t the right fit for someone looking to coast, multitask, or remain stagnant while working from home.. RESPONSIBILITIES. . Serve as the primary point of contact for all client questions, concerns, etc. . Promptly respond to and manage client emails, calls, and voicemails.. . Address and resolve all client inquiries while delivering outstanding customer service that exceeds client expectations.. . Facilitate internal client processes such as onboarding, offboarding, billing, and invoicing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.. . Perform routine administrative tasks including daily job board postings using provided templates and guidelines.. . Identify process improvements to boost client satisfaction, streamline workflows, and minimize errors.. . Learn different areas of the business, fill operational gaps, and mentor or train new team members as we scale.. . Assist with various administrative tasks, collaborations, internal projects (e.g., employee handbooks, process documentation, training manuals), etc.. . REQUIREMENTS. . . 4+ years of customer service experience minimum . (B2B preferred). . . 2+ years of full-time remote experience.  (hybrid/covid not applicable). . Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. . Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience required. . Proven track record of self-management, productivity, and consistency working independently. . Ability to understand customer needs, take ownership, and . solve problems. . . Extremely organized, reliable, and phenomenal attention to detail. . Ability to pass upfront and random Drug Screenings as required. . Working at-home computer with reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps+). . Technically adept with proficiency in CRM’s, Microsoft Office, etc. . Automotive industry knowledge or experience is a plus. .
