Summary. This position will be a multi-site role based out of our Toronto, Ontario location, supporting A-Gas refrigerant sales activities across all Canadian provinces. . The Senior Sales Director will lead the strategic growth of A-Gas’ customer base across Canada, driving commercial initiatives that expand market share, enhance customer retention, and accelerate adoption of our refrigerant products and services.  This role is accountable for delivering revenue targets, shaping go-to-market strategies, and fostering high-impact relationships across key industry segments including HVAC/R, wholesale distribution, and end-user verticals.. As a senior commercial leader, this individual will collaborate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.  The ideal candidate is a results-driven executive with a consultative sales approach, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for sustainability and innovation.. What you’ll be doing. Own and grow the Canadian sales portfolio for refrigerant products and services, with full accountability for revenue performance and customer satisfaction.. Champion A-Gas’ service offerings including job site recovery and cylinder exchange by identifying strategic opportunities and articulating value to HVAC contractors, wholesalers, grocery chains, and industrial end users.. Lead business development efforts by targeting high-potential markets, securing new accounts, and expanding existing relationships.. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers to drive loyalty, long-term partnerships, and repeat business.. Partner with Marketing to execute commercial strategies including pricing alignment, promotional campaigns, lead generation, and customer segmentation.. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, timely delivery, accurate invoicing, and superior service levels.. Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business reviews to senior decision-makers and procurement leaders.. Represent A-Gas at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to elevate brand visibility and thought leadership.. Maintain CRM discipline (Salesforce) and provide accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, and performance reporting.. Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategy.. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and refrigerant quota obligations in partnership with Compliance.. Embody A-Gas’ culture and values, with a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and ethical business practices.. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent sales experience considered. 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably in industrial, chemical, or refrigerant sectors. Proven track record in strategic account management, new business acquisition, and revenue growth. . Demonstrated success in customer acquisition, relationship management, and sales growth. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative selling style. Highly organized with strong time management and CRM proficiency (Salesforce). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with virtual and in-person engagement with diverse groups of people – from HVAC technicians to corporate procurement leaders. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across Canada. Company Location: Canada.
