Remote Customer Service Representative (US-Based Electrical Services) at Talent Cottage. Here are Your Responsibilities as a CSR at Mr. Electric. As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of our team. You’ll be the first point of contact that customers have with us and shape the customer’s perception of Mr. Electric from the beginning.. Here are the primary responsibilities of this position:. · You will answer customer calls and schedule jobs according to the customer’s needs.. · You will assign and direct electricians to appropriate customer locations and monitor their route and status to coordinate and prioritize their schedules.. · You will follow up with customers to inquire whether they would like to proceed with any unsold work and ensure that all customers’ needs and concerns are fully addressed.. · You will follow up immediately with inbound leads by calling, texting and emailing potential customers in order to convert leads to scheduled jobs.. · You may assist with general office tasks such as creating and managing purchase orders for material and assisting with invoices and accounts receivable support.. · Availability of 40 hours per week dedicated to Mr. Electric..
