Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement. . Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. . Maintain disciplined use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for accurate forecasting, data integrity, and activity visibility. . Support early client success during the first 12 months post-close, identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring smooth transition to account management. . Represent DOXA with professionalism, credibility, and a consultative approach in all interactions.. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). . Minimum of . 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience. , preferably selling to mid-market clients ($10M–$50M in revenue). . Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building new business pipelines. . Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills. . Ability to balance a hunter mentality with consultative, relationship-driven selling. . Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting. . Skilled in CRM management (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and adaptable to new technologies, including AI-driven tools. .
