This role is delivery-oriented and focused on clearing operational backlog, stabilizing core workflows, and executing enhancements across business-critical systems.. You’ll work closely with U.S.-based business and IT teams and are expected to operate with a high level of ownership and autonomy.. What You’ll Do. Own day-to-day Salesforce configuration, customization, and development . Build and maintain Flows, automations, reports, and dashboards . Support business-critical workflows and resolve production issues . Collaborate on integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems . Help reduce backlog and improve system stability and performance. Strong, hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin + development exposure) . Experience supporting production Salesforce environments . Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows . Ability to prioritize work, troubleshoot issues, and deliver with minimal oversight .
