We are hiring a . Senior Brand Designer. to create and evolve full brand identities for several of our clients. From logo systems and visual identity to packaging, brand guidelines, and digital applications, you’ll play a central role in shaping how our clients show up in the world. This job is entirely remote, working 4 full days per week.. To be seriously considered for this role, you must:. ✅ Be excited about branding and understand its role in driving cultural relevance and business growth.. ✅ Have proven experience developing full brand identity systems (logos, color, typography, guidelines, and applications across digital and print).. ✅ Be highly proficient in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (and bonus if you know motion tools).. ✅ Have experience working with health, wellness, and consumer brands (agency or in-house).. ✅ Be comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once.. ✅ Have strong communication skills, especially when presenting work to internal teams and clients.. As the Senior Brand Designer, Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:. . Directly support the agency Founder, Lead Strategists, and client CMOs by developing full brand identity systems. . . Proactively pitch creative brand directions that balance aesthetics with business strategy. . . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategists, web designers, ad creative teams) to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. . . Develop brand guidelines and systems that scale across digital, packaging, and print. . . Work primarily in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, along with Google G-Suite for team collaboration. . . Bonus points if you also have:. . Experience in packaging design and production. . . Experience designing for e-commerce and digital-first brands. . . Motion design skills for bringing brand identities to life in video and social. . . CRO or marketing knowledge to align brand with growth strategy. . . Company Location: Argentina.
