Due to the growth of the Group, we have a new role in our Organisation & Process Development team, reporting to the Chief Organisation & Process Development Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly evolving fintech team and contribute to our ongoing growth and success. The position covers both the UK and EU operations of the Group.. As an Organisation and Process Analyst, you will play an important role in enhancing organisational efficiency, optimising business processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for organisational and process improvements, implement innovative solutions, and drive meaningful change. Your analytical skills, expertise in organisational and process management, and attention to detail will enable you to make a significant impact on our operations and contribute to the achievement of the Group’s strategic objectives.. This role can based in Ukraine, Poland or Latvia.. Key Responsibilities. . Document new and existing processes and organisational units; develop and update related policies and procedures.. . Analyse the performance of existing processes and units, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, inadequate risk controls, and other areas for improvement.. . Gather requirements and contribute to the design of new processes and organisational units that align with the Group’s strategy and are optimised for performance and risk.. . Support the implementation of new processes and organisational units, including extensive communication with stakeholders.. . Participate in investigations and quality reviews related to processes and units.. . Advise management on improving processes within their departments.. . Contribute to the development and implementation of KPIs.. . Assist in developing and delivering workshops on these topics.. . Maintain records and documentation, keep an audit trail, and prepare reports on these activities.. . Mandatory Requirements:. . University degree in management, finance, engineering, technology or science.. . Solid, versatile experience with organisational and process analysis, modeling and change management in international businesses (however please note we do not use BPMN, IDEF or any other modeling languages).. . Top problem-solving skills.. . Strong project management capabilities.. . Capable of understanding and serving the business, while being a proponent of the compliance culture.. . Excellent writing skills; capable of keeping it short and simple.. . Great communicator and team worker.. . Excellent spoken and written English.. . Highly Preferable:. . Extensive experience with the banking / fintech industry.. . Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian. . Company Location: Ukraine.
