DevOps Engineer at Pavago. About the Role. We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to build, maintain, and optimize infrastructure and deployment pipelines for our client. This remote position requires expertise in cloud platforms, automation, monitoring, and CI/CD to ensure systems are secure, scalable, and reliable.. What You'll Do. • Provision and manage infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms. • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. • Manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters for microservices deployment. • Implement observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic. • Configure logging and alerting pipelines using ELK stack or Splunk. • Participate in on-call rotations and perform root cause analysis post-incident. • Optimize system performance and implement security best practices. • Collaborate with development teams on deployment strategies and automation. • Maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes. What We're Looking For. • 3+ years experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering. • Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure). • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and deployment pipeline automation. • Experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration. • Infrastructure-as-Code expertise with Terraform or similar tools. • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog). • Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages. • Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
