This remote role offers the opportunity to support individuals and groups through personalized, evidence-based care—all from a secure home-based environment.. Key Responsibilities. Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups. Create and revise personalized treatment plans. Apply evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. Perform thorough client assessments. Collaborate with healthcare providers as needed. Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant documentation. Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Texas. Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred). Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
