ABOUT THE ROLE . We are looking for a client-focused, tech-savvy Software Consultant with a strong consulting mindset to provide expert training, strategic guidance, and tailored technical solutions that drive customer success for our Enterprise Architecture software, ABACUS. You’ll collaborate with customers across the Americas region, delivering impactful product training and strategic consulting to address complex challenges—all while working remotely within a supportive, team-oriented environment. . Specific product training will be provided, and you will need to gain an in-depth understanding and knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and consulting/training approaches . Responsibilities . . Master ABACUS to deliver training, tailored solutions, and strategic direction that support customer needs. . . Build and manage customer relationships by understanding their goals and delivering solutions and guidance that drive value. . . Provide feedback to Product Management and assist in testing new features. . . Contribute to customer-facing resources such as online training content. . . Develop custom scripts and leverage the REST API to address specific customer requirements . . ABOUT YOU . . Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in a related field. . . Comfortable engaging with customers and explaining complex concepts clearly. . . Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or related fields. . . Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. . . Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn complex tools. . . Collaborative and values long-term career growth in a supportive team environment. . . Experience with programming/scripting. . . Experience using APIs.. .
